  1. In a mixing bowl: Whisk the eggs well enough until frothy- set aside for later use
  2. In another bowl: Add in the chopped veggies, onions, green chillies, tomatoes, chilli flakes, salt & peppers, chopped capsicum, ginger-garlic paste, milk & ketchup & rest all aforementioned
  3. Whisk everything well together until nicely combined with the previously beaten eggs, all should be nicely combined & well incorporated
  4. Heat up a frying pan over the medium flame: Add in the admixture of both butter & oil together, now slowly & gently pour in the eggs-veggies mixture to it & spread evenly all along the pan & not lumped at certain areas
  5. Reduce the flame to low-medium at this point, add in the bread slices side by side- add in the grated cheese too, cover the lid & let it cook for about 6-8 mins time & then, gently flip it onto the other side very gently & carefully & again cook it with the lid on for another 5-6 mins time
  6. Once done: Flip it back again, place the cheese slices on the top & whichever garnishing you’d like to go for- Turn off the flame now, put the lid back & let it sit on the oven itself for another 5 mins time- Dish out & RELISH with your favourite beverages or hot drinks.
