- Peel and boil the potatoes then mash them and leave aside. Then add oil to a pan and add the dabeli masala and let this heat till you can smell the aroma then add the mash and mix very well.
- Then spread margarine on the bread roll and then on a frying pan brown the roll place it on a plate. Spread garlic and tamarind chutney on both sides then spread the mash.
- Then sprinkle roasted peanuts, pomegranate coconut powder and coriander and the sev. Tastes lovely as a snack.
- Ready to serve and ENJOY!
