  1. Make ready For Potato shells
  2. Prepare 2 large potatoes
  3. Take For Marinade:
  4. Get 1 cup yogurt, whiskd to a smooth paste
  5. Take 1/2 tsp black salt
  6. Prepare 1 tsp garam masala powder
  7. Make ready 1 tsp chopped cilantro/coriander leaves
  8. Take 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  9. Make ready 2 tbsp mustard oil
  10. Take 2-3 tbsp posted chana dal powder
  11. Get 1 tsp chaat masala (Available at Indian Stores)
  12. Get 1 tsp kasoori methi
  13. Get 2 green chilies finely chopped
  14. Take to taste Salt
  15. Make ready For Stuffing
  16. Prepare 1/2 cup paneer (cottage cheese) grated
  17. Make ready 2 tsp chopped cilantro/ coriander leaves
  18. Prepare 1 tbls fried kaju into tiny pieces
  19. Prepare 1 tbsp raisins
  20. Prepare to taste Salt
Instructions to make Aloo Nazakat:
  1. Peel wash the potatoes.keep in water. scoop out the insides of the potatoes leaving a shell all around.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and fry potatoes till golden.fry scooped potatoes also. Drain extra oil by napkin.
  3. For the stuffing, put the cottage cheese into a bowl. Add salt, the chaat masala, remaining fresh coriander, green chilies kaju, rasinis and chopped & roasted potato slices. Mix well.. Set aside.
  4. Mix the ingredients meant for the marinade with the whisked yogurt and set aside.
  5. Chopped & roasted potato slices. Mix well.Stuff the potato with the cottage cheese mixture
  6. Stuff the potato with the cottage cheese mixture. Apply marinade around litigation cover all sides.
  7. Leave it fir 1/2an hour. Grease a baking tray. Arrange the stuffed potatoes on the baking tray and bake for 15-20minutes. Flip other side and apply little oil. Bake another 5 minutes or till crispy
  8. Cut into halves and serve with chutney ir sauce as starter.
  9. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
