Instructions to make Aloo tikki:
  1. In a large mixing bowl take boiled and grated potato. add chilli, ginger, cumin seeds powder, black peper powder, and also add cumin powder aamchur, chaat masala, black salt and white salt.
  2. Now add 2 tbsp cornflour and mix well forming a soft dough.
  3. Grease hand with oil and prepare ball-sized tikki.
  4. Now prepare maida paste by mixing 2 tbsp maida, 2 tbsp corn flour,1/2 tsp salt and water. mix well to form a lump free batter.
  5. Now aloo tikki dip into maida paste covering all side. further roll in bread crumbs covering all sides.
  6. Fry in hot oil on low flame until it turns golden brown. Flip over and fry on both sides till the tikki turns crisp and golden.
  7. Finally, enjoy aloo tikki with green chutney, tamarind chutney.
  8. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
