  1. Firstly take a large nonstick pan,add 1 cup water, 1tbsp salt, 1 tsp oil, stir and get to a boil.
  2. Lower the flame & add ¼ cup semolina stirring continuously.
  3. Add mixer another bowl & keep it cool.
  4. Now add boiled & mashed potatoes in semolina mixture..also add ginger garlic paste, finely chopped green chillies, chopped coriander, coriander powder, cumin powder, chaat marsala & ¼ tsp salt.
  5. Mix well making sure everything is combined well & prepare the cutlets
  6. Now make batter then take a bowl add corn flour,all-purpose flour,½ tsp salt & ½ cup water mix well & check no lumps in batter.
  7. Dip cutlets in corn flour batter covering both sides.
  8. Take a pan & add oil into it when oil is hot add cutlets into it & shallow fry it.
  9. Serve cutlets with tomato ketchup.
  10. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
