  1. Make ready 4-5 boiled potatoes and Green Peas

  5. Prepare 1-2 tbsp bread crumbs

  1. Boil 4-5 potatoes with some green peas. Boil them until they are soft enough to mash.
  2. Mash them together with masher.
  3. Add turmeric, red chilli, red chilli, chaat masala, salt and then mix all ingredients together.
  4. Add bread crumbs and mix them thoroughly again.
  5. Make patties
  6. Take a pan, let it’s warm on medium heat. Spread oil and put patties on the pan. Let them brown and crispy on one side and then flip them. Let them brown on the other side too. Serve with chole, yogurt, tamarind chutney, finely chopped onions and sev.
