  1. Make ready brown onion (approx 180g), cut in halves
  2. Prepare dried oregano
  3. Make ready walnuts
  4. Prepare rolled oats
  5. Prepare Eggs
  6. Get feta cheese, cut into pieces (3cm)
  7. Prepare tamari or soy sauce
  8. Take breadcrumbs
  9. Make ready ready Made puff pastry,slightly thawed
  10. Prepare Milk for brushing
  11. Prepare Sesame seeds for sprinkling (optional)
Steps to make Vegetarian Sausage rolls:
  1. Preheat oven to 200c. Line a baking tray with baking paper
  2. Place onion into processor and chop
  3. Add oregano, walnuts, rolled oats. Scrape down sides of processor bowl
  4. Add eggs, feta cheese, tamari or soy sauce and breadcrumbs, combine approx 20 sec
  5. Cut pastry sheet in half on a floured surface
  6. Place 1/6 of the mixture onto long edge. Roll pastry over and press with fork to seal.
  7. Brush pastry with milk and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Continue until all pastry and mixture used.
  8. Bake 20 minutes 200c until golden brown. Serve warm. Enjoy
  9. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
