  35. Prepare 2 Green Cardamom
  36. Prepare 1 Black Cardamom
  37. Prepare 1 inch Cinnamon stick

Steps to make Shaam Savera:
  1. Spinach Mixture- Heat oil in wok and add jeera, green chilli paste, ginger garlic paste and saute it. Add spinach puree, salt, black pepper, roasted jeera powder and coriander powder and saute it for another 2- 3 min. Add cashew nut and besan powder and stir it continuously until a thick mixture is formed. switch off the flame and cool it down.
  2. Paneer stuffing - In a bowl add grated paneer, salt, chaat masala, amchur powder and corn flour
  3. Making spinach and paneer balls Take a spoonful of paneer mixture and make a small round shape ball Now take a spoonful of Spinach Mixture and flatten on palm, place the paneer ball in centre and seal it with spinach mixture Coat with maida. Heat oil in a wok on medium heat, fry the balls and cut them in two halves.
  4. Gravy Preparation Heat butter and oil in a pan Add whole spices like black and green cardamom, cinnamon stick, cloves and bay leaf, when they give their flavour in oil discard them. Add jeera, onion, ginger, garlic, red chilli, cashew nuts, tomatoes and saute them. when it get cools, down grind them together. Now heat oil in a wok, add prepared gravy puree, stir it and add red chilli powder and coriander powder.
  5. Mix and adjust the consistency by adding water, bring it a boil. Add salt, garam masala, kasuri methi and lower the flame. Add cream and mix well. Pour the gravy in a plate and place the fried spinach balls that were sliced in two halves. garnish with cream and kasuri methi. Serve with roti / rice.
