  3. Then add lemon juice,cook untill little thick,talhar mirch chutney is ready,set a side
  4. Now add all ingredients of green chutney in a blender…
  5. Blend well,green chutney is ready,set a side.
  6. Take a potatoes in bowl,Now add the salt,pepper and corn flour in potatoes
  7. Mix very well..
  8. Now spread the potato mixture in hand,put the prepard green chutney,and make potato patties.
  9. Heat the oil in pan,fry potato patties untill golden.set a side
  10. Now add the boiled chick pea in a blank pan,and add all spices..
  11. Mix well and add tamarind paste,cover itand cook for 5 mins..chick pea is ready.
  12. Now take serving plate,and put the fry patties on plate, then put preaped chick pea,onion,coriander….
  13. Sev,papdi,and talhar mirch chutney.
