Steps to make Paneer Bhurjee (Street Food Style):
  1. Crush paneer with hands. Finely chop the tomatoes, Capsicum and Onion and Spring Onion.
  2. In a wok/Kadai, heat oil and Ghee together. Crackle jeera, Cloves, Cinnamon and Badi Elaichi. Now add the crushed garlic cloves and saute them until pink.
  3. Now add chopped onions and saute until they get transparent. Add ginger garlic paste and saute well. Add now chopped Capsicum and mix well. Once these become little soft, add the chopped tomatoes and simmer it till it gets pulpy.
  4. In the mixture above add kasoori methi, spices, garam masala and salt and mix well. Add 1 cup water and let the mixture simmer for 10 minutes on medium flame till the oily part is seen on the layer.
  5. Add now Crushed paneer and mix well. Simmer it for 10 minutes around.
  6. Garnish with Spring onions and chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with Lachchha Paratha aur Tawa/Tandoori Roti.
  7. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
