  1. In a pan add oil, add garlic, add onions and curry leaves, saute onion till transparent and add tomatoes to it.
  2. Add all the dry masala and boiled sprouts. Add little water. Add salt and cook well till we get a not very thick gravy.
  3. In a vessel add oil add onion and Saute add dry masala add water. Cook till the oil floats. This rassa is watery.
  4. Now to assemble, in a dish add the sprouts gravy, top it with namkeen mixture and chopped onion. Serve with rassa separately. Also lemon. Chopped onion. Serve Pav with this.
