Steps to make Bhajiya Fritters Platter with Masala Tea:
  1. Method For Batter– Firstly, in a large bowl take Besan. Add rice flour, add turmeric powder, salt, carom seeds, asafoetida,baking soda and add water as required. Mix well and make smooth batter. Keep aside.
  2. In a bowl mix curd and besan well enough adding 2 cups of water to form a semi thick syrup. Take a pan and heat 2 tbsp of oil. Once oil becomes hot, add mustard seeds. When seeds start to crackle, add whole green chili, asafoetida
    1. firstly, in a large mixing bowl take 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, ½ tsp chilli powder, ¾ tsp chaat masala and ¼ tsp salt. combine well forming a paste. now add paneer slice and rub gently covering masala paste to paneer. keep aside for 10 Min. Dip the marinated paneer into prepared besan batter and coat it completely. furthermore, deep fry in hot oil till they turn golden brown. finally, paneer pakora recipe or paneer bajji is ready to serve.

Than take one tomato slice put cheese slice and take second tomato slices put on cheese.
