  14. Take 1/4 cup coriander leaves

  19. Get 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  20. Get 3-4 cloves garlic

  24. Get 1/2 cup tomatoes deseeded and chopped
  25. Get 1/4 cup radish grated
  26. Take 1 tbsp ginger julienned
  27. Take 1/2 cup onions finely chopped
  28. Make ready 1/4 cup carrot grated
  29. Get 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
  30. Take 2-3 green chillies finely chopped
  31. Take 2 cup Indian padi/crackers/tortilla chips
  32. Take 2 tsp lime juice
  33. Get 1 tbsp chaat masala
  34. Make ready 4-5 tbsp mint garlic coriander chutney
  35. Get 2 tbsp butter
  36. Make ready 2 tbsp muradabadi masala
  37. Get 1/4 cup boondi
  38. Prepare 2 tbsp mint leaves
  39. Get 1/4 cup coriander leaves
  40. Get 2 tbsp dry garlic chutney
  41. Make ready 1/4 cup fine sev
  42. Take 3 tbsp sweet chutney
  43. Make ready 1 pinch kala namak
Steps to make Chaat Muradabadi:
  1. For dal:- Rinse and soak the yellow moong dal in the water for atleast an hour and discard the water.
  2. Add the dal into a pressure cooker and add water, salt, haldi and ghee and put the lid on.
  3. Let it cook on medium heat for two whistle. Let it release naturally and open the lid.
  4. For masala:- Lightly roast and grind all the ingredients in a grinder.
  5. For chutney:- Firstly collect all the ingredients. And coarsely grind and adjust seasoning when done.
  6. Assemble the chaat:- when it's time to serve the dish heat the dal to a boil.
  7. In a serving bowl crush padi and ladle in the warmer dal.
  8. Add a little a bit of every topping on top one by one. And the dish is ready to serve.
  9. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
