Instructions to make Egg Rolls:
- Gather all the ingredients required.
- To prepare the dough, mix oil with the flour and salt very well. Add warm water a little at a time to make a soft dough. Rest for 30 minutes.
- Make 8-10 balls. Roll out thin rotis.
- Roast both sides on low to medium heat. Set aside.
- To prepare the veggies masala, heat the oil. Add minced garlic and saute for some seconds. Add chopped onions and fry till translucent.
- Add ginger and chili, saute for some seconds.
- Add chopped cauliflower,carrot and capsicum. Saute for a minute.
- Add boiled soya chunks, green peas, and sweet corn and mix well.
- After adding cabbage and mixing well, add salt, chaat masala and pav-bhaji masala. Mix all again.
- Add chopped tomatoes, soya sauce, mix and cook till softened.
- Mix chopped coriander, cheese, and stuffed masala are ready.
- To make roll In a nonstick pan drizzle oil. Crack one egg per one roll(can take two), whisk, and make one omelet.
- Keep one prepared roti on the omelet, cook on low flame, both sides.
- Spread the veggies stuffing to one corner of the roti and spread the sauce on veggies and make a roll. Wrap with foil and serve hot.
