- Roast them nicely. Keep this aside for 2 minutes. Now take mixer jar and add this mixture and grind it well. It's ready.
- Quesadilla method : 1 Wheat dough balls(2 balls for 1 Quesadilla) 2. Freshly prepared banana mixture 3. Freshly prepare sukha chutney 4. Green chutney
- Now flatten the dough balls and roll into thin chapatis. Make 2 chapatis for 1 Quesadilla
- Half cook both the chapatis Spread a layer or green in chutney on both the chapatis which side is cooked.
- Now spread the Sukha chutney mixture over the green chutney in one chapati.
- Now put raw banana layer.
- Now again sprinkle some sukha chutney and cover this with another chapati.
- Set a grill pan or normal pan and grease with some butter. And put the chapatis here. Cook both the sides as well.
