Steps to make Chicken Shami kabab:
  1. Put all the spices in the lentils cooker and put chicken pieces on top and put water and cooker in 10-12 minutes check if the lentils have dissolved then it is fine otherwise take some time as per your own.
  2. Now take out the chicken pieces in a separate plate and shred it. And grind the lentils. (I do in kundi because it tastes great, you can do it in chopper too) then mix shredded chicken in grated lentils.
  3. Chopped green dhania green chilli and onion and egg mixture Mix it after putting it in shape and freeze it in tray after 2 days. Take it out and keep it in shopper.
  4. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
