  1. Take 250 gms boneless chicken thighs, washed and cut into small piece
  2. Prepare 1 thin sliced onion
  3. Prepare 1 thin sliced capsicum

Instructions to make Chicken Kathi Roll:
  1. In a mixing bowl add chicken pieces, curd, tandoori masala, chili powder, coriander powder, salt, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, and one tbsp of oil. Mix well and marinate the chicken for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Add the marinated chicken and saute on medium flame. Cover with a lid. Cook for 5-6 minutes. Until the chicken tikka is fully cooked.
  3. Now switch off the flame. Take it out from the pan.
  4. To make the paratha- In a large bowl add all-purpose flour, salt, and oil. Mix well. Add water and knead to make a smooth dough. Rest it for 15 minutes.
  5. Now knead the dough again and make medium balls. Heat iron skillet or tawa on medium heat.
  6. Now roll the balls and make lachha paratha. Fry all the parathas with oil. Cook both the sides.
  7. Heat one TSP of oil on tawa. Now spread one beaten egg on tawa. Put one paratha on the egg mixture and press it gently.
  8. Cook for one minute until the egg is fully cooked. Take it out from the tawa. Repeat the process.
  9. Now apply some tomato sauce to the paratha. Place some chicken tikka masala filling. Then add some sliced onion and capsicum. Sprinkle some chaat masala over it.
  10. Fold it like a roll. Serve it with tomato sauce.
  11. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
