  12. Take 1/2 Tsp Orange Red Food Colour
  13. Get as needed Oil for frying
Instructions to make Dhaba Style Chana Fry/Chana Koliwada:
  1. Pressure cook Chickpeas with Salt and Water on High Flame till 1 Whistle then cook on Low flame for 5mins,We want Hard boiled Chickpeas
  2. When all Pressure is released Open the lid, drain excess water, transfer it to bowl and let it cool
  3. Meanwhile in another bowl mix Chicken 65 Masala,Ginger Garlic and Green Chilli Paste,Red chilli powder, Coriander Powder, Schezwan Chutney,Whole Egg,Salt to Taste, and Food Colour,If require,add little water for mixing
  4. When Chickpeas are completely cool,add them to batter. Coat them well
  5. Take Oil for frying in a Kadai/Pan,when Oil is hot,drop Chickpeas one by one
  6. Fry them on Medium Flame for 2-3mins
  7. Remove them in Serving Plate
  8. Reduce Oil in Pan,Fry Garlic Cloves by covering on Medium Flame for 2-3mins.Remove them in Serving Plate
  9. Sprinkle Chaat Masala on Top. Serve them hot with Schezwan Chutney
  10. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
