  1. Prepare 2 medium size potato
  2. Take 1/2 cup finely chop each for tomatoes

  7. Make ready 2-3 tbsp Aata or Oats. Oats finely grind to powder

  11. Make ready as per taste chaat masala, oregano, chilli flakes,
  12. Make ready as required cheese
Instructions to make Healthy Instant Pizza:
  1. Grate potatoes, marinade with slight salt and keep aside for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Finely chop tomato, onion, capsicum, 1-2 green chilli and keep aside.
  3. Squeeze excess water from grated potato transfer to a mixing bowl and add eggs
  4. Add salt, chopped green chilli, chaat masala, black pepper powder, as per requirement, add 2-3 tbsp Aata or Oats.
  5. Mix all well (+ seasonings) mixture is ready.
  6. Grate cheese and keep aside, cheese slice can also be used.
  7. Pour the mixture and spread evenly in a non-stick pan by adding 2-3 tbsp butter / oil and cook by covering for 4-5 minutes under low flame
  8. One side gets firm and it is cooked, then flip the other side with the help of a broad spatula and keep the uncooked side on the same pan, switch off gas.
  9. Now add sauce, cheese, veggies on the cooked side.
  10. Add all your favourite toppings, add grated cheese, sprinkle oregano, pepper powder, slight salt, chilli flakes and put to flame and cook for 3-4 minutes till cheese melts and keep in stand by mode for another 1-2 minutes.
  11. Final output is ready
  12. Transfer to a plate, let it cool a bit and then cut into desired pieces and it is ready to serve.
  13. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
