- Break eggs and put them in the bowl.
- Add 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 Tsp black salt, 1 Tsp black pepper powder. Whisk everything. (Can add the spices together or separately). Whisk everything.
- Add 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder. Whisk again.
- Make medium size balls from the dough. Roll out Paratha. Put it in pan.
- Flip it. Put 1 Tsp Egg mixture on the it.
- Flip it again. Put 1 Tsp egg mixture on the other side.
- Ready to serve and ENJOY!
