  1. Cut the boiled into two, sprinkle chat masala on it and keep aside
  2. In a bowl mix all the flours, turmeric, pepper, ajwain, ginger - garlic paste, finely chopped green chilli and salt.
  3. Add water to make it a thick batter.
  4. Heat oil in a pan.
  5. When is oil is hot, dip the sliced eggs into the batter and fry it until golden brown.
  6. Sprinkle it with chopped coriander leaves and serve with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
