Steps to make Egg Puffs:
- Defrost your puff pastry block by letting it sit on the kitchen counter for about 20 minutes. Or thaw it in Microwave. Boil the eggs. Peel the shell off and cut them into halves. Keep them aside until use.
- Prepare the onion masala now. Heat some oil in a pan, add the sliced onions. Next add garam masala and other ingredients along with Salt. Let the onion mix cook for about 5 to 8 minutes and then switch off the heat.
- With your puff pastry kept diagonally, place an egg with it's yolk side down and spoon some onion mix and then place an egg half on it upside down. Pull up the opposite sides and secure them over the egg by pinching carefully so as to not tear apart the dough. Brush them with egg wash or milk wash. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
