Steps to make Shahi Egg Masala Curry:
- Boiled eggs properly with light salt for 15 mins with medium to high flame.
- In Kadai put some Refined oil for fry the eggs both sides with pinch of Salt & Turmeric.Removed in a Bowl.
- In the remaining oil add Cardamom-Cinnamon,Bay leaves & Dry chillies,stir well for the aroma.
- Add the mentioned Onion-Garlic & Ginger paste,mix well..When oil came out mix the Tomato pastes also.
- Then add Turmeric powder(1/2 tbspn) & Red Chilli powder(1/2 tbspn),mix properly & add the liquor of the tea.
- Now time to add Chaat masala(1/2 tbspn),Salt-Sugar(as per tastes) & the whipped Curd also..
- Add Kasauri methi & mix well with little amount of water,now cover for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes open the lid & in gravy add the fried eggs,mix well with Cashew Pastes & serve with Amul cream & the tastes of Coriander leaves..
