  7. Don't overcook the sprouts.cook for 3 - 4 mins. on a slow flame.
  8. If you like you can eat it plain, early in the morning.It is a very healthy startyou can eat raw sprouts also.But only 2 - 3 tbsp.
  9. We prefer to slightly cook them, to make sprouts good for digestion.And by cooking we can have a bowl full of sprouts.
  10. We can omit raw onions,as some people don't like raw onions.You can saute onions in little olive oil or any oil slightly and then add to the sprouts.
  11. We can avoid tomatoes during summer when the weather is too hot. As tomatoes will not remain fresh.
  12. If you are packing sprouts in tiffin, don't sprinkle lemon juice,instead give deseeded lemon slice.We can avoid lemon juice as we have added chat masala.
