  5. To make the sweet and sour chutney. Soak khajur and tamarind separately. Then after sometime make a mixture of khajur, add a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil. Then let it cool and even add the tamarind pulp which you made after soaking and grinding it. Mix well.
  6. Now break the puri with your thumb from the centre. Add both the chutney as well as Chana pani, and serve.
  7. Please note you can use green chillies as per your taste or requirement.
  8. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
