Steps to make Katori chaat:
  1. For Katori dough… Take a bowl add 1 cup maida, salt,hot oil,make a smooth dough.
  2. Firstly, prepare maida dough. now pinch a ball sized dough, and flatten it.Dust flour as required and roll slightly thick.
  3. Prick the flattened dough with fork. place a small katori or cup and wrap the dough.
  4. Deep fry in hot oil or bake in preheated oven at 180 degree celsius for 30 minutes.
  5. Splash oil till the katori separates from the dough. now fry the katori, till it turns golden and crisp. drain off over kitchen paper and keep aside.
  6. For chaat (u can use potato, white peas, black chana or any other stuffing)
  7. Take a kadai or pan add 1 tsp oil after oil get hot add curry leaves and onion
  8. Onion will change the colour after that add tomatoes sauté for few second
  9. Add Red chilli powder, turmeric powder, jeera powder and boil chana and salt
  10. Sauté for few second add chana masala and coriander leaves
  11. Garish with 2 tbsp sev and few coriander leaves. finally, serve katori chaat immediately, sprinkling chaat masala over it.
  12. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
