  1. Get soaked moong dal
  2. Make ready green chillies

  1. Soak moong dal in water for an hr. Drain and put it in mixer jar. Add green chillies and ginger to it. Make a fine paste without adding much water. Do not add salt now
  2. Now remove the mixture in a large bowl. With help of your fingers joined together, whisk the mixture in one direction for 5-10 mins. When you whisk it nicely the colour of the batter changes to lighter colour and get fluffy as well as smooth.
  3. Once you have whisked it properly add coriander leaves, hing and whisk again. Leave the mixture for 10 mins
  4. After 10 mins, add salt and pepper and whisk again. Keep oil in a kadai to fry. Now wet your hands a little and take little batter on your four finger tips. With help of your thumb push the batter slowly into oil thereby dropping small balls oval shape.
  5. Fry all till you get good golden brown colour
  6. To serve, place the ram ladoo on the plate, top it with grated radish. Add green chutney over it. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  7. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
