The ingredients needed to make Dahi Chaat:
  1. Make ready Golgappe
  2. Take Boiled potatoes
  3. Make ready Boiled matar
  4. Prepare Roasted and powdered jeera, dhania, red chillies and bay leaves

  7. Prepare Coriander leaves chopped
  8. Get Chat masala
  9. Take Tamarind water

Instructions to make Dahi Chaat:
  1. Mashed potatoes and put in salt, Half of all powdered masalas, 1 teaspoon coriander leaves and boiled matar
  2. Mix everything well.
  3. Beat dahi with roasted jeera powder and gur water.
  4. Make a hole in each of the golgappe and arrange them on a plate. Put potato filling in each. Then spread with dahi, tamarind water and tomato chutney
  5. Sprinkle remaining powdered masalas and several.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves
  7. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
